Maintenance Manager
Uddeholms is now looking for a Maintenance Manager to continue the work of improving and developing the factory's maintenance operations.

About the role
As Maintenance Manager, you will sit on the production management team and report to the Production Manager. In this role, you will lead and work together with a team of competent colleagues in the maintenance department. The department is one of the larger ones within the company, with approximately 150 employees working in complex environments.

In the role of Maintenance Manager, you have overall responsibility for the maintenance work. The role is broad, but your main responsibility is to lead, develop, and ensure an efficient and sustainable maintenance system that supports the company's goals regarding safety, availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness. As an experienced leader, you also ensure that the staff are well-supported and have the prerequisites to perform their work effectively.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a confident and clear leader who thrives on developing people, technology, and working methods. You can see the big picture and the connection between maintenance, production, and economics, and possess knowledge within maintenance strategies, industrial processes, and occupational health and safety. To succeed in the role, you have:

• At least 5 years of leadership experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading operations with large groups of personnel.
• Experience in operational and strategic maintenance work.
• Education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechanics.
• Experience working with KPI management and follow-up within maintenance.
• Ability to translate data and analysis into concrete operational improvements.
• Experience driving standardization and change initiatives in large organizations.
• Understanding of the interplay between maintenance strategy, production efficiency, and investments.

As a person, you are structured and thrive on seeking continuous improvements, where deviations, disruptions, and losses are systematically identified, analyzed, and eliminated.
