We are looking for a hands-on logistics and transport manager who thrives on being close to the operations while taking clear responsibility for flows, planning, and daily operations. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that goods, transports, and deliveries run smoothly – from planning to final delivery. There are good career opportunities in this position, and if things go well, you can further develop into procurement, sales, and operations planning. About the role You plan and coordinate transports, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies in real-time. You also participate operationally when needed and are a key person in the daily flow. We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in logistics/transport
- Thrives in an operational and responsible role
- Is solution-oriented and structured
- Has a B driver's license (C/CE is an advantage)
- A varied role with both operations and responsibility
- Short decision-making paths and a high pace
