RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for a Technical Customer Service Manager at the Skoghall mill. You will work in a team together with other TCS Managers, the Product Safety Manager, Quality Engineer, and Operations Excellence Specialists. As a Technical Customer Service Manager, you handle technical complaints and manage communication with customers. You are responsible for ensuring that customers receive answers and solutions to technical questions. The role also involves some travel to customers. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving root cause analyses.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with customers.
  • Administering complaints and providing statistics.
  • Providing internal training and support during customer visits at the mill.
  • Contributing to product development and launches from a technical perspective.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary engineering degree in chemistry, materials science, or another relevant field, and preferably have previous experience from process or manufacturing operations. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in paper or board manufacturing. We believe that you who apply are a service-oriented and communicative person who thrives in a role where you build relationships and interact both internally and externally. You are a structured and organized person who has the ability to work independently and make decisions. The role requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
