Our Workplace
At our office in Uppsala, 155 employees work together. We are located at Strandbodgatan 1. Description of the Position
In the role of Program Administrator, you work with administrative case processing related to our programs and measures. The tasks include, among other things, case processing and decision-making, diary registration, documentation, registration, and follow-up in several different systems. You are responsible for ensuring that administrative flows function correctly according to current routines and regulations. You are flexible, take responsibility for your work, and collaborate well with colleagues in a changing operation.
To succeed in the role, you need to be able to:
- Interpret and apply laws and regulations.
- Document information in a legally secure and structured manner.
- Navigate and work in several digital systems simultaneously.
- Work to achieve set goals.

Our Offer
The position is a fixed-term full-time employment for one year with the workplace in Uppsala.

You will have access to a generous holiday agreement and the opportunity to use flexible working hours. You work office hours from 08:00 – 16:30. Basic Requirements for the Position
- Completed and approved upper secondary education.
- Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as well as good reading comprehension.
- Very good knowledge of the Office package.
- Very good IT skills.
Other Merits for the Position
- At least 1 year of experience working in the public sector.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work with digital case management systems.
- Experience with one or more of the Swedish Public Employment Service's case and decision systems.
