About the RoleYou will step into a socially important operation where financial and planning processes are facing a major renewal. As the support system for financial reporting, payments, planning, budgeting, and follow-up is to be replaced, there is a clear opportunity to review working methods, simplify flows, and create better conditions for efficiency, regulatory compliance, and increased automation.
In this role, you will become an important part of a project team that drives the work from business understanding and current state analysis to requirement specification for procurement and implementation of a new financial system. You will work closely with the business to clarify needs, map processes, and translate insights into concrete improvements. This is a role for you who want to combine analysis, change management, and practical improvement work in a complex environment where your contribution has a clear impact.
Responsibilities- You conduct business analyses to create a deep understanding of needs, goals, and current working methods.
- You map processes and workflows, analyze the current state, and identify improvement opportunities within the financial area.
- You propose measures that strengthen efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance in the organization's processes.
- You lead and coordinate the work with needs analysis together with relevant stakeholders.
- You prepare materials and contribute to the requirement specification for the procurement of a new business and financial system.
- You participate in the implementation of new working methods, methods, or systems and support the business in the change.
- Experience in leading, mapping, and documenting processes and workflows over the last 3 years.
- Experience in leading and coordinating the work of analyzing needs.
- Experience in change management.
- Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
- Experience in business development within finance.
- Experience and knowledge of public sector finance and financial processes.
- Experience in procurement and requirement specification.
- Experience in change work.
