About the role
- Be the customer's first point of contact when they call – you set the tone for their experience.
- Help customers for real by listening, guiding, and solving problems – often directly during the call.
- Work actively with sales by understanding the customer's needs and recommending smart solutions that truly improve their daily lives.
- Provide world-class service and contribute to Telia's customers feeling seen, heard, and satisfied – every time.
Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.
Education: Basic education combined with practical work.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary combined with a commission-based bonus linked to your upselling.
Working hours: Working hours vary. Telia's opening hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-19:30 and Saturday 09:00-17:30.
Start date: The training begins on 2026-06-25, which is also the start date for the employment.
We are looking for you who
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma
- Speak and write fluent Swedish
- Have good ability to speak and write in English
- Have good computer skills and system competence
- Are communicative and solution-oriented
- Have experience in service and sales – But it's a plus, not a must! If you have the right attitude, we will teach you the rest.
