Finance Administrator at LBF Bygg & Mark

Do you want a varied role where finance, administration, and communication meet?

LBF Bygg & Mark is growing and is now looking for an engaged Finance Administrator who wants to become an important part of our team in Arlandastad. Here, you will have a broad and developmental role where you work closely with management, project managers, and other employees.

We are an established construction company with over 25 years of experience in construction, earthworks, and contracting. At LBF, we value engagement, responsibility, and good team spirit – and we believe in developing together.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things work with:

• Continuous bookkeeping
• Supplier and customer invoices
• VAT reporting and declarations
• Payroll administration
• Reconciliations and support during year-end closing
• Administrative support to project managers and management
• Document management and other administration
• Social media and content publishing
• Creation and updating of advertisements, texts, and marketing materials

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in finance and administration
• Are meticulous, structured, and self-motivated
• Enjoy taking responsibility and working with varied tasks
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Are communicative and enjoy collaborating with others
• Have an interest in social media and enjoy formulating texts and content

Merits
