August Sverige AB is now seeking driven field sales representatives/agents in large parts of Sweden who want to work with modern sewage solutions and represent a growing brand within environmental technology.
We are primarily looking for people in the Skåne, Stockholm, and Gävleborg areas, but we are also open to candidates from other parts of Sweden for the right person.

About the Company
August Sverige AB works with modern mini wastewater treatment plants, pump systems, and sustainable sewage solutions for households, homeowner associations (BRF), and companies.
Our products are manufactured in a modern factory in Lithuania that produces approximately 6,000 treatment plants per year. The brand is well-established in Europe today, and the market is growing rapidly in Sweden as well.
About the Role
As a representative for August Sverige, you work independently within your geographical area and build long-term customer relationships with support from our team, technicians, and customer service.
The work consists of booking and conducting customer meetings, following up on incoming leads, presenting our solutions, and helping customers find the right sewage solution based on their needs. You will also collaborate with contractors and participate in trade fairs and local activities.
You work through your own company or have the desire to start one. The role suits you if you want to control your own daily routine, have strong self-drive, and enjoy working with people, sales, and sustainable solutions.
The position is commission-based with very good earning potential for the right person.
We prefer that you have the opportunity to work approximately 75–100% and that you want to invest long-term in building your business. Just like any business startup, it may take some time before revenues are built up, but the customer base and sales will grow gradually over time.
It is important both for you and for us that you are willing to invest time and commitment into the role and actively work with customer contacts, follow-ups, and sales to succeed in the long term.
We are looking for someone who
You are self-motivated, responsible, and have an easy time building trust and long-term relationships. You have sales experience and thrive working independently towards set goals.
We also believe you have an interest in technology, the environment, and sustainable solutions, as well as an understanding that some business deals have longer decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Own business or desire to start one
- Category B driver's license and access to a personal car
- Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of English
- Basic computer skills
- Basic technical understanding
Knowledge of Norwegian is considered an asset.
