Soldiers Incorporated is a company dedicated to providing conscripts with their first job and a stepping stone into their future careers. We know that the experience and skills gained during military service are highly sought after in the private sector, yet often difficult to articulate in a CV. Classic military attributes such as leading oneself and others in a constantly changing environment, seeking out tasks, working in a structured and adaptable manner, and collaborating in various team settings to solve problems using mission command principles and taking significant personal responsibility – these qualities define our staff and management.

Our clients also value these experiences and skills, which is why we are expanding. Currently, we operate primarily in three business areas: installation, warehousing, and property maintenance.

We are looking for staff for needs-based or hourly employment, as well as individuals seeking part-time work alongside their primary occupation.

Examples of tasks:

• Property maintenance
• Landscaping/Greenery maintenance
• Assembly and disassembly jobs
• Simple demolition work

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Personal suitability
• Completed military service with satisfactory results (required)
• Other military experience, e.g., from voluntary defense organizations, is an advantage
• Valid B-driver’s license (required)

Working hours: Standard hours are 07:00–16:00.

Unconventional working hours may occur.
