Administrator for Consulting Assignment in Stockholm

We are looking for an administrator who will support the business in daily work related to service orders, invoicing, and administrative processes.

About the Role

The role involves close collaboration with the business, with a focus on creating structure, quality, and good service. The assignment is full-time, starting immediately in Stockholm, for approximately 6 months. Introduction and training in the business's systems and working methods will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Administer service orders and follow-up.
• Handle invoicing and administrative matters.
• Support the business in daily administrative processes.
• Work in business and invoicing systems.
• Ensure correct documentation and administration.
• Contribute to order and structure in administrative flows.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work.
• Experience from service, property, or asset management-related operations is an advantage.
• Experience with Agresso or similar systems is a plus.
• Good computer and system skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner.

Employed Consultant

Your assignment takes place at the client's company, and you will be a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by collective agreements, insurance, and pension plans.
