Job Description During the procurement phase, the consultant participates in the project's negotiations with responsibility for requirements in the form of user stories and non-functional requirements, as well as ensuring the organization's target architecture. The consultant's role is to further develop existing work within the requirements and architecture area and to ensure that the negotiations follow the target architecture and requirement profile established in the procurement documentation. This requires the consultant to quickly familiarize themselves with the developed requirement profile and architecture description.

The consultant is also responsible for updating and finalizing the architecture description and other related deliverables prior to handover to operations.

In parallel with the procurement phase, the consultant leads preparations for the implementation of the project's deliverables. The work includes coordination between several projects, the business's line organization, and external parties such as internal support functions and suppliers.

Since there are strong dependencies and potential synergies between the projects, the work must be coordinated and distributed based on the projects' needs and priorities. Planning and workload distribution occur continuously in close dialogue with project managers and other key personnel.

The consultant is part of an architecture team where coordination of architecture and security issues takes place at an organizational level. The tasks change through the project's different phases and needs, which demands flexibility and broad experience.

The assignment is primarily performed physically on-site in Gårda, Gothenburg. Remote work is available when appropriate and by agreement with the client.

Scope:

The scope is primarily as follows. However, the project manager may need to adjust the scope based on project needs.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of documented practical experience in leading and participating in IT implementation projects
• At least 5 years of documented practical experience working with solution architecture within at least two of the following perspectives; application, information, and/or infrastructure
• Documented experience in architecture work, specification development, and implementation of integrations
• Documented experience in information and data modeling prior to, among other things, data migration and conversion
• Good understanding of the relationship between application architecture and IT infrastructure, and good ability to communicate with application and technology specialists.
• Academic degree, or alternatively documented experience assessed as equivalent, in a relevant field such as system development, system integration, computer science, etc.
• Good communicative skills in both speech and writing in Swedish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in requirements setting, both user stories and non-functional requirements
• Experience in procurement with negotiated procedures
• Experience working in the public sector
• Experience in information and cyber security
• Experience with system solutions in the areas of HR, workforce planning, scheduling, and payroll
