About the role
As a Meeting Booker, you are the spearhead of our sales team. You make the first contact with our customers, generate interest, and schedule meetings for our salespeople. You work with the phone and computer, coordinating the sales team's calendars. It is a key role that directly impacts the company's growth.
We are looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a role with high customer contact via phone
- Is goal-oriented and enjoys working towards clear targets
- Does not give up when facing setbacks – you see them as a challenge
- Communicates fluently in Swedish (English is a plus)
- Has experience in appointment setting or telemarketing (a plus, not a requirement)
