About the Job:

As a craftsman (handyman) at Steiner Fastigheter, you will face various tasks on a daily basis.

We are looking for you who are handy, practical, and flexible, with experience in carpentry/renovations or alternatively with a construction technical background. You handle stressful situations while remaining precise and able to make quick decisions. We value that you are responsible, reliable, and have good communication skills.

We see that you are a problem solver with experience in plumbing, ventilation, construction, and electrical work.

The role of craftsman at our company involves various types of work, such as total renovations of apartments, but you must also be open to other types of tasks.

We consider it a given that you are cooperative, receptive, and responsible. The daily routine can be hectic, so we value that you enjoy maintaining a high pace in your work.

As an employee, you will face new challenges daily, which is why it is important that you are not unfamiliar with performing tasks you may not have encountered before.

The position includes some work in other locations, so you should not be unfamiliar with working away from home, either fully or partially.

Main Responsibilities:

• Kitchen renovation (including plumbing work)
• Bathroom renovation (including plumbing work and tiling)
• Renovation of other surface finishes in an apartment
• Replacement of doors and windows
• Painting
• Floor laying
• Electrical work
• Plumbing

• Daily maintenance and upkeep of properties
• Property supervision
• Customer fault resolution
• Repairs, internal and external maintenance
• Plan purchases for upcoming projects

A 6-month probationary period applies.

The employment is planned to start in August 2026.
