Konprod AB offers complete solutions within electronics manufacturing – from material procurement and prototyping to final assembly and testing. Today, Konprod is a growing player in the industry, operating from newly renovated premises in Företagspark Facetten in Åtvidaberg with approximately 40 employees. Since April 2026, Konprod has been part of the Rimaster Group, a global electrical systems supplier originating from and headquartered in Rimforsa, with approximately 1,300 employees in the group.

Your Responsibilities

You will work with the assembly of various products across multiple segments, ranging from circuit board assembly to final assembly of leak detection equipment and larger units for water and energy saving.

The work is highly varied and may include assembly, material picking, testing, packing of finished products, and documentation. You will be part of a work team where you rotate between different tasks and work towards common goals. Hand-soldering of circuit boards may also become relevant, depending on your willingness and previous experience.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours.

Your Profile

For us, your personality is more important than your experience. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a positive attitude. Production usually takes place station-by-station at workbenches, requiring both pace and teamwork skills.

We prefer that you have previous experience as an assembler. Soldering experience is meritorious but not a requirement.
