About the Company
With over 30 service centers in 15 countries, Ionbond has one of the largest networks in the world within advanced surface coating. They have been a leading player in the market for over 40 years and have more than 1,100 employees worldwide. The Swedish subsidiary is located in Linköping and has approximately 40 employees, where production takes place in two shifts. Here, they develop and manufacture coatings for cutting tools, mold tools, precision components, medical, and decorative components.

Ionbond is a stable company with exciting future plans. They need to strengthen their organization with new assemblers who will play a very important role in the continued development.

Your Responsibilities
As an assembler, you will handle materials before and during the surface coating process.

Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning products in the machine as well as manual washing.
• Preparation and blasting.
• Assembly of fixtures.
• Material handling with picking and packing.
• Final inspection and checking.

Since Ionbond manufactures small and detailed products, the work is largely meticulous and repetitive. This requires attention to detail and an eye for precision. You will work in a cohesive team that values collaboration and a flat hierarchy.

Working Hours
Depending on which department you work in, the shift schedule will vary. Ionbond operates both day shifts and two-shift systems.

Day Shift: Monday–Thursday: 07:00–15:30, Fridays: 07:00–14:45

Two-Shift System:
Morning: Monday–Thursday: 06:00–14:36, Fridays: 06:00–12:36
Afternoon: Monday–Thursday: 14:30–22:20, Fridays: 14:00–21:10

Ionbond closes its operations for summer holidays between weeks 29–31.

Your Profile
To thrive in the role of an assembler, you should be hands-on and appreciate physical work. You enjoy working efficiently with a focus on quality. You have the ability to adapt to different conditions and changes as they occur. You have a positive attitude towards your work and contribute to your team by spreading a positive atmosphere. In this role, we value your willingness to work. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required as you need to understand instructions and collaborate with your colleagues.
