Your Role

Here, you will become part of a solution-oriented team where we support each other, but where you also have significant individual responsibility in your work. As a CNC Operator with us, you will work on adjusting programs in the lathe, monitoring the machining process, and ensuring that every detail meets the required quality standards. You will be responsible for setting up and adjusting tools, performing measurements, and reading drawings to ensure that the final result complies with specifications.

To thrive in this role, you are meticulous and responsible, with a strong drive to deliver high quality in your work. You have patience and an analytical mindset that allows you to fine-tune settings and solve problems as they arise. At the same time, you are communicative and happy to share knowledge and solutions with your colleagues, even though you are fundamentally confident working independently.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A completed education in CNC or equivalent work experience.
• Good computer skills; experience with the ERP/Sharp business system is a merit.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The work schedule is based on two shifts, and the location is Tannefors, Linköping.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
