We are now looking for machine operators who want to work in a technology-intensive production environment where quality, safety, and precision are at the center. In this role, you are responsible for producing according to given specifications and run orders, with a strong focus on continuous operation, quality control, and a safe working method.

• Start: June 24

• Employment type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months – with a chance of extension (full-time)

• Working hours: 2-shift system

• Location: Norrköping

As a machine operator, you are responsible for the daily operation of your assigned machine and ensure that production takes place according to run orders, with the correct quality and quantity. You monitor the process, replenish materials, handle finished products, and perform quality controls and associated documentation. In case of deviations or operational disruptions, you report to the supervisor.

The role also includes basic maintenance and keeping the work area safe, organized, and clean. You work according to established routines, safety regulations, and LEAN principles to contribute to an efficient and stable production flow. Some tasks may also involve light assembly or other related duties.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a production environment with high demands for quality, safety, and adherence to routines. You have a structured way of working and the ability to maintain focus over time, even in a shift-based job. Working according to established instructions, standards, and run orders comes naturally to you.

You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly in case of deviations, and actively contribute to a safe and well-functioning work environment. At the same time, you are self-reliant and take responsibility for your work and your machine. You have a good ability to learn, are flexible and open to working a 5-shift system, and are ready to adapt to production needs.

• Driver's license B & access to a car

• Good proficiency in Swedish (speaking, writing, and reading comprehension)

• Good proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading comprehension)

• High school diploma or equivalent level of education, preferably with a technical focus

• 0–4 years of experience as an operator from the manufacturing industry is preferred

• Knowledge of LEAN, e.g., 5S, TPM

• Knowledge of the Freelance control system and software for robot control

• Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite
