Your Role

As an Operator with us, you will work with composite articles where your main tasks will include curing and processing composite materials. The work will involve monitoring and controlling factors such as heat and vacuum during the curing process. Manual tasks such as cleaning the composite articles will also be part of the role.

You will work together with your team to ensure quality, delivery, and efficiency related to our products. In this role, you will, together with the team, participate in improvement work and work according to our Lean principles.

The workplace is located in Tannefors, Linköping, and the work will be scheduled in two shifts. There may also be potential for night work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious in their work. You are a team player who thrives in a group setting and values both collaboration and a positive work environment. You have the ability to take initiative and can work both independently and together with colleagues.

We would appreciate if you have an interest in technology and manufacturing. Experience from workshop work is meritorious. You have good computer skills, experience working in various data systems, and are proficient in English.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
