Your Mission

• Responsible for a 7-axis machine with dual machine tables and a 9-meter stroke length on the X-axis.
• Work in a cross-functional CNC team with close collaboration with programmers, production engineers, and planning.
• Manage and optimize the machine's performance to ensure high productivity and quality.
• Contribute your ideas to improve processes and workflows.
• Participate in problem-solving and innovation regarding the machine's usage.
• Work in various shifts as work outside regular daytime hours may occur. For this role, we are primarily looking for someone who wants to work in two shifts!

Your Story

• Education in workshop technology or equivalent work experience, or a strong desire to learn.
• Experience with CNC milling/turning and working with at least a 5-axis machine is meritorious.
• Knowledge of Siemens control systems and blueprint reading is meritorious.
• Experience working with carbon fiber is meritorious.
• A calm, methodical work style with a focus on precision and quality.
• A high level of commitment and responsibility for the machine and its operation.
• Ability to collaborate and thrive in achieving common goals together with your team.
