About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, technically interested, and thrive in an industrial environment? We are now looking for cutting operators and grinders for our client for an exciting assignment with good development opportunities. You who are applying for this challenge likely have some form of practical education or equivalent work experience in industry. You have a positive attitude and are a very good team player. The work always requires personal interest and commitment to achieve high quality and good results, which we always strive for. We place great importance on personal qualities to be able to develop and create a fantastic production and work environment together with our customers. As a cutting operator, you work with setting up, monitoring, and operating cutting machines within production. The work involves material handling, quality control, and ensuring that production maintains the right quality and pace.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include among other things:

• Gas and/or plasma cutting of materials
• Monitoring production and adjusting machine settings
• Performing quality controls according to drawings and instructions
• Material handling and post-processing
• Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment

• Has a positive attitude and good cooperation skills.
• Puts safety at the highest priority
• Is structured and meticulous as the work involves several, sometimes complex, tasks.
• Is independent in your role and understands the importance of working in a team.
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty and work hard.

Requirements for the position:

• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and shifts
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
• Driver's license
