On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an Accounting Assistant for a consultancy assignment with an international company in Stockholm (Täby). The assignment is full-time, starting in early August 2026 and running until the end of April 2027. The role is fully on-site, requiring your presence at the office every working day.

You will become part of a small finance team. The role covers accounts receivable and payable, ongoing bookkeeping, and reconciliations. The company has a Nordic structure, and English is used regularly in daily work. This role is ideal for you who have previously worked as an accounting administrator or assistant and thrive in an international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts receivable and payable management
• Registration and handling of incoming and outgoing payments
• Processing payments
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, customer receivables, and supplier payables
• Working in SAP and handling certain tasks in Excel, as well as administrative finance tasks

Who are you?

• Have at least 1 year of experience working as an accounting assistant or in a similar role
• Are confident in ongoing bookkeeping, accounts management, and reconciliations
• Have experience with SAP (advantageous)
• Are comfortable with IT systems and quick to adapt to new working methods
• Have good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite
• Communicate fluently in English
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Thrive in a role with high on-site presence and clear routines

Practical information:

• Start: Early August 2026
• Scope: Full-time (100%)
• Location: Täby, on-site every day
• Working hours: Flexible hours 08:00 – 17:00
• Assignment duration: Until the end of April 2027
