Site Supervisor T3 Construction

T3 Anläggning in Trollhättan is now looking for an independent and responsible Site Supervisor with experience in earthworks and water/sewage (VA) to join our projects within the energy sector. In addition to earthworks and VA, the projects may involve smaller concrete works. We offer an independent and varied role with significant personal responsibility.

Your role as Site Supervisor

In your role as Site Supervisor, you plan and lead the project forward, monitor schedules, allocate resources, document daily work, and ensure safe working practices. You actively contribute to the technical and economic execution of the project, as well as leading and distributing ongoing tasks. You participate in creating schedules, coordinate your own activities, and perform work preparations together with other team members. At T3, we are keen on your continuous development in your role, allowing you to gradually take on greater responsibility.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Construction technical education or previous experience from a supervisory role within earthworks and/or water/sewage (VA).
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Experience with concrete works is considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel and work at other locations.
