Our client is looking for a driven Partner Engineer who wants to play a key role in building and strengthening technical collaborations.

About the role

Our client is a global leader in music streaming with millions of users worldwide. The company offers an open platform where developers can use their API to create their own experiences.

You will play a key role in relieving product and development managers by handling technical support, ensuring quality assurance through manual reviews (human-in-the-loop), and driving the automation of internal processes. You will essentially be the hand between external partners and internal development teams, ensuring they get the maximum value out of the client's technical solutions.

Responsibilities

The role involves acting as a technical advisor and link between internal product teams and external partners to drive joint technical success.

• Technical Support: Provide 2nd line support to external partners and 1st line support to internal stakeholders.
• Drive the automation of manual support processes.
• Ensure that website content and documentation are adapted for both human developers and AI agents.
• Community Management.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a solid technical understanding.
• Has experience in web development.
• Has experience in a technical support role or similar.
• Has a good understanding of API design.
• Has very good English skills in both spoken and written form.
• Has a completed post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, Systems Science, or Web Development.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with Javascript, ML, and/or Java.
