We are looking for a driven and sales-oriented Inside Sales Representative. Are you outgoing, engaged, and trustworthy? If so, you could be our new colleague! DACHSER Sweden AB is in constant growth, and we are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our branch in Jönköping – Södra Stigamo.

The Role

Inside Sales is an important part of our sales team, where you will work with new customer acquisition, follow-ups, administrative tasks in our CRM system, and the onboarding of new customers.

The role involves significant contact both externally and internally, as well as maintaining and developing customer relationships through excellent customer service, primarily via phone and email.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• New customer acquisition
• Documentation of sales activities in our CRM system
• Participation in the onboarding of new assignments and customers
• Support to the rest of the sales department, including booking customer visits, follow-ups, and environmental reports

The position is a permanent full-time role with weekday working hours.

Who are you?

As a person, you have a strong drive for sales. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls, prospect, schedule meetings for our field sales colleagues, and engage with the needs of our existing and potential customers. We are looking for someone with high social competence, who works in a results-oriented manner and tackles tasks with energy. You are a good fit for this role if you are responsible and possess strong business acumen.

We place the greatest emphasis on your engagement and personal qualities. Therefore, prior experience in the transport and logistics industry is not a requirement but is considered an asset. However, we expect you to have good computer skills, specifically the ability to handle Excel and PowerPoint without issues. Experience with CRM systems is also an asset. As DACHSER is an international company, good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written, are required.
