About the position
We at Olivia are currently looking for an engaged personal assistant for our client for a summer temporary position during weeks 29 and 30.
Our client usually lives in Norrköping, but during these lovely summer weeks, she spends time in a caravan in Finspång. We are looking for you who can work these times and days:
Wk. 29 09:00-17:00 (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Wk. 30 09:00-17:00 (Mon, Wed, Fri)
About the client
The client is a woman in her 70s with a great interest in cooking and flowers. She has a caravan that she enjoys staying in during the summers. She can describe how she wants things to be herself, and as an assistant, you will be an important support in her daily routines and activities.
The duties are as follows:
Help with daily routines such as household chores and cooking
Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing
Some transfers/movements are involved
Are you the one the client is looking for?
We are looking for someone who is sensitive, responsible, calm, and patient. You are an empathetic person and easily put yourself in other people's life situations. Personal suitability is highly valued.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a home with a dog
Driver's license and access to a car
Employment level: 1 summer temporary position
Start date: Immediately, interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.
Things to consider before applying:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
