As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting our customers via phone, email, and social media
- Handling returns and complaints
- Being part of an engaged team where we have fun at work!
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a service hero and thrives in customer contact
- Has experience from customer service or the service industry (restaurant, retail, newspaper delivery – you know what it takes!)
- Is computer literate and quick to learn new systems
- Is driven by clear goals and enjoys achieving them
- Is structured and communicative
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
- Has fluent spoken and written English (required)
If you also have experience with SAP, the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, or GDPR, we would be especially pleased!
This is a part-time position based on business needs.
