Your Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for the entire business process, from the initial contact with the client to the appointment of the consultant. You actively work on new client acquisition, booking and conducting meetings via phone, LinkedIn, and email. You drive the sales process all the way from prospect to deal and create requirement profiles together with the client based on their needs. In addition to sales, you also work with delivery, where you search for, interview, and present candidates for your assignments. You are responsible for appointing consultants and following up with both clients and consultants over time. An important part of the role is that you gradually build and develop your own client portfolio.

Your Profile

This is a sales-driven role where the focus is on creating and developing business, while you are responsible for the delivery in your assignments. You will become part of a company with short decision-making paths and colleagues with a background in the industry. We are looking for you who have experience in sales, preferably in B2B or staffing, and who are accustomed to creating business yourself. You are confident in making first contact with clients and have a drive to work towards clear goals. You are structured and able to handle several parallel processes simultaneously, while having a business-minded approach and understanding the value of making the right match between client and candidate. Experience in staffing or recruitment, as well as experience from industry, production, or technical roles, is advantageous.
