Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen AB, located in central Malmö, aims to provide a comprehensive entertainment experience for our guests through our various venues. Here you will find everything from pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, wine cellars, event halls, street food kitchens, and our lovely outdoor terrace, Gränden, during the summer. We constantly strive to give our guests that little extra in terms of environment, service, and gastronomic experience.

We are now looking for an ambitious and engaged property maintenance technician/craftsman with a specialty in painting and plastering for primary maintenance and repairs. We prefer that you have prior experience working with craftsmanship, carpentry, and repairs. The position can be part-time/possibly full-time and will be for a period of time.

It is meritorious if you have education in a relevant field. You have good knowledge of different tools and how they should be applied in the best way.

As a person, you are meticulous, reliable, and have an eye for detail. You are also self-initiating and not afraid to take the lead.

For the right person, there are excellent development opportunities within our company that could eventually lead to overall responsibility for all our units' property management and craftsmanship. For the sake of our guests, we prefer that you are smoke- and snus-free.

Salary according to collective agreement.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and employment starts immediately. The work is part-time, approx. 30-40 hours per week.
