About the position

Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (The Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the customer with everything that arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is unique and adapted to the customer's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

The customer's individual needs dictate the workday, and the work may include, for example, help with mobility, personal care, training and communication, as well as household chores and activities in and outside the home.

Who are you?

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the customer.

Requirements for the position:

• Willing to work for a woman in her 40s living in central Ludvika.
• Good knowledge of Swedish.
• Good physical condition and able to perform transfers/mobility assistance at work.
• Calm and patient personality.
• Not afraid of or allergic to dogs.
• Non-smoker.

Merits for the position:

• Experience in similar work.
• Shares the customer's interest in both social activities and dog walks.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Working hours, employment degree, and salary

The current form of employment is "hourly employment," which means work on demand with working hours from 07:00 to 23:00, both weekdays and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensations are made according to the collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately or according to agreement.
