DUTIES

Do you want to be part of a workplace with varied tasks and a dynamic work environment? Then you will fit perfectly as a teacher at the lower secondary school level of Vasaskolan.

We are now looking for a certified teacher for grades 7-9 with qualifications in both types of crafts. We are looking for you who, with great engagement and curiosity, want to take on the teaching role to create good study atmosphere and a desire to learn among our students.

We want you, as an applicant, to have a good ability to vary your teaching based on current steering documents, as well as an interest in collaborating with subject colleagues as well as team colleagues. At the school, we work in teams with the student in focus, but we also have subject deepening and other meetings on our conference agenda. Mentorship is included in your duties.

We assume that you have good knowledge of how quality teaching is planned and conducted based on students' needs and prerequisites.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are certified in the subject of crafts.
• Meritorious with certification in several subjects.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.

To start working in preschool, school, after-school centers, and other pedagogical activities, you are required to show an extract from the criminal record register. The extract is valid for one year and is ordered from the National Police Board www.polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se).

Anyone who has not shown an extract from the criminal record register may not be employed, engaged, or received in the activity according to current legal requirements.
