We are now looking for new colleagues to expand our staff in Sollefteå.

We would prefer that you are able to undergo the Guard Basic Training either 29/6–9/7 or 10/8–20/8. Both trainings take place in Kista, Stockholm.

Working as a guard is perfect for you who enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a guard at our office in Sollefteå, you will become part of a tight-knit team. Shift lengths vary, but are often 12-hour shifts, either day or night. The schedule also includes weekend work.

As a patrol guard, you are responsible for performing security duties at multiple clients during your shift. You travel between clients by car and carry out various types of checks, including area security, indoor patrolling, alarm connections, and client lock-ups. In this role, it is important to document your work and any deviations you encounter. The work is independent and often feels free, but comes with great responsibility. The role of patrol guard suits you if you want a job where you get to move around. Working hours are primarily at night.

As a stationary guard, you deliver security on-site at one of our clients. Depending on which client you are at, the tasks may vary. You might work as a receptionist at a larger company or perform security duties such as controlling entry and exit, patrolling, alarm handling, and CCTV monitoring. Regardless of which client you work for, your main task is to be attentive and ensure everything is in order.

• Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school
• Good knowledge of English
• Category B driver's license

Merits if you

• have worked with similar tasks previously
• are a trained guard with completed VU1 and VU2
• have a civil or military security guard training
• are a trained order guard with a valid order guard appointment

For employment within Securitas Sverige AB, it is required that you have approved grades from the first year of upper secondary school in Swedish and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on Security Companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also become relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements for approval according to the respective legislation, a background check is conducted. The assessment concerns law-abidingness, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and potential vulnerabilities. Information collected may come from yourself, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment when testing suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on collective agreements between the employer organization Säkerhetsföretagen and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
