Responsibilities

In the role of Project Administrator with a focus on QHSE, you will work closely with site management and the project organization to support quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety matters. You will serve as a key administrative function in the projects, helping to ensure that documentation, routines, and processes are followed throughout the project. The work is varied, involving both administrative tasks and contact with operations in the field.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and updating QHSE documentation
• Participating in safety rounds and work preparation meetings
• Supporting risk assessments and occupational health and safety work
• Handling final documentation and administrative follow-up
• Ensuring that training and qualifications are up to date
• Assisting with site inductions and internal routines

We are looking for someone who

• Has education focused on quality and/or occupational health and safety, or equivalent work experience.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a valid B-class driver's license.

Experience in the construction and infrastructure industry and/or experience working with public clients such as Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration) is considered an advantage.
