ABOUT THE POSITION:

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced project manager. At our client, you will become part of a business that works with varied projects within societal development and residential development, focusing on collaboration, quality, and sustainable solutions throughout the entire construction process. In the role, you will work both independently and together with colleagues in teams.

As a project manager, you will drive construction and real estate projects within housing and house construction through the various stages of the project, from early investigations and planning to implementation and completion. You are responsible for ensuring good delivery based on set goals related to time, economy, and quality. The role involves close dialogue with clients, contractors, and other actors where you work with, among other things, scheduling, construction meetings, function and program investigations, as well as ongoing project management. You will also contribute to developing relationships with both new and existing customers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Have at least a university degree in societal development or construction technology, preferably with a focus on house construction.
• Have at least 4 years of experience as a project manager in construction and real estate, preferably with residential projects.
• Have experience working with environmentally certified buildings in operation.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in internal and external contacts.

It is not necessary, but meritorious if you:

• Are educated in BAS-P/U, Contract Law, AMA, Contract Inspection, and Public Procurement Act (LOU).
• Have experience with collaborative contracting.
• Have worked with inspections or are certified KA.
• Are certified as an environmental building coordinator.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's premises. The ambition from the client and our side is that you will become directly employed by the client.
