You get the feeling.

You know exactly what happens when a match goes into overtime. When the pulse rises, comms get intense, and every millisecond counts.

You also know how much a gaming community means. How a single response from the right person can turn frustration into loyalty. How crucial it is to actually understand players – not just reply to them.

Now, we are looking for you to make a real difference for players.

The Role

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes FPS and shooting games. Someone who understands the community, the culture, and the passion behind the games.

In this role, you will be the link between the players and our team. You will work closely with players in support and community channels, becoming their point of contact when things go wrong and ensuring they feel heard.

But this isn't about traditional customer support. It's about understanding why players care so much. Why rank matters. Why lag at the wrong second can ruin an evening. Why the community always notices when someone truly understands the game.

You will be a key part of creating a community where players feel:

"These people get us."

We believe you:

  • Play FPS/shooters yourself and have been doing so for a long time
  • Truly understand gaming culture – not just on the surface
  • Have hung out in Discord servers, forums, voice chats, and communities
  • Know how gamers talk and how to meet them with respect
  • Can calm frustrated players without sounding corporate
  • Are fast, solution-oriented, and communicative
  • Have high empathy and enjoy helping people
  • Fluently speak and write Swedish and English

Plus if you:

  • Have worked in support, moderation, or community management before
  • Have experience with live service games
  • Are active within the FPS community
  • Stream, create content, or engage in gaming online
  • Understand memes, gaming jargon, and internet culture without forcing it

What you will do

  • Help players via support and community channels
  • Answer questions about the game and help resolve issues
  • Be present where the community is
  • Catch feedback, frustration, and ideas from players
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the player experience
  • Contribute to building a community people want to stay in

Why you will thrive here

You will work with people who love games. For real.

We build for players who care. And we want those who represent us to the community to care the same.

Here, you get to be close to the players, influence the experience, and work in an environment where gaming is not just a job, but part of the culture.

Does this sound like you? Submit your application, we are recruiting continuously.

  • Location: Stockholm City
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Start: As agreed

Apply

We receive applications via our website where you register your CV and cover letter containing a description of your interest in the position by clicking the "Apply" button at the bottom of the ad. We review applications continuously, and the position may be filled before the application period has ended.
