Do you want to work broadly within community development while being a key figure in the development of Töreboda and Gullspång municipalities? Töreboda and Gullspång municipalities are now looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for complex projects, primarily within real estate but also within infrastructure.

About the position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have a central role in the municipalities' joint technical operations. You will lead and drive projects from early stages to completed facilities, with a focus on:

• Real estate projects – new construction, reconstruction, and renovation of municipal properties and premises.
• Street/Water & Sewerage (VA) projects – planning, design, and implementation of investments in the municipality's infrastructure.
• Design and costing – you contribute technical expertise in early stages and ensure realistic cost assessments.

You will work closely with colleagues in both municipalities and become an important part of a collaborative team where short decision-making paths and significant impact are part of everyday life.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects within real estate, streets, and water/sewerage.
• Establish and follow up on schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Produce and/or review design documentation.
• Perform cost calculations and assessments.
• Responsible for procurement and contact with contractors.
• Contribute to the development of methods and routines within the technical area.

Are confident and experienced, and thrive in a broad role where you can combine structure, collaboration, and problem-solving. You have the ability to create structure, drive work forward, and handle multiple projects in parallel.

• Have a good understanding of real estate and/or streets/water & sewerage.
• Have a relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
• Have experience in design and costing.
• Are confident in the role as a client/purchaser and accustomed to working with contractors.
• Have experience with procurement and contract law.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Hold a B driver's license (travel between municipalities is included in the position).

The position is shared between two smaller municipalities that collaborate closely. The workplace and setup are adapted to the needs of the operations and your conditions. The starting point is Töreboda.
