Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, with customers and staff located throughout Sweden. Our headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of the country.

We are now looking for personal assistants for a customer living in Mjölby.

About the role of Personal Assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the individual both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is, and your main responsibility is to provide the customer with the conditions to live the life they desire.

Responsibilities

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. These can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, household chores, and cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, empathetic, and quick to learn new tasks. It is a plus if you share the customer's interest in cooking and gardening.

At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the customer's home, as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

About the employment

The employment type is needs-based employment (initially) and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours vary according to the customer's needs: days and evenings, weekdays, and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment are in accordance with the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna – Kommunal.
