Do you want to be the first important contact for people in need of support from us at the Social Services? We are now looking for an engaged and confident social secretary for our new reception function for adult cases. Here you will have a central role in the operations where you meet people in different life situations and contribute to a professional, legally secure, and respectful approach.

Description

We are a smaller unit, which means that in the reception you will handle cases concerning harmful use, financial assistance, and violence in close relationships. The pace will be high and the work sometimes complex but also exciting and rewarding. Since this is a new function at IFO Adults, you will play an important role in developing the reception function. You will be supervised by a line manager and the unit manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a social worker or have another university degree that the employer considers equivalent and have experience of authority exercise within social services. It is meritorious if you have previously worked in a reception function.

We believe the position suits you who enjoy varied tasks, have good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, and want to work in an operation where no day is like the other. As a person, you are independent and have good collaboration skills. You easily embrace and see possibilities with new ideas, methods, and ways of working.
