We are looking for an engaged teacher for our small teaching group at Valbo School.

About our students

In our small group, there are students who have enormous potential but have, for various reasons, lost trust in the traditional school environment. These are young people with strong wills, great integrity, and an honesty that challenges. That they sometimes show their frustration outwardly, we see as a form of communication – a call for understanding, clarity, and secure adults. They are far from "school-weary" in reality; they are just tired of not succeeding.

Your role

  • You create an environment where every student feels seen, even on days when their mood falters.

  • You work closely with another educator, sharing successes and helping each other when storms arise.
