Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Network Engineer.

What You Will Work On

• Analyze the existing network environment and identify improvement opportunities
• Define target architecture for a scalable and future-proof network infrastructure
• Establish network structure, architecture principles, and technology selections
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for availability, redundancy, and security
• Standardize and optimize network environments and operating models
• Document architecture decisions, technical guidelines, and design principles
• Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical specialists
• Support implementation, testing, validation, and operational handover
• Contribute to long-term maintainability and governance of network infrastructure
• Align network solutions with relevant standards and operational requirements
• Support modernization initiatives across IT and industrial environments

What You Bring

• Several years of experience working as a Network Engineer or Network Technician
• Strong expertise in network architecture and infrastructure design
• Experience with fiber-based network environments and modern IT networking platforms
• Understanding of the intersection between enterprise IT and industrial/OT environments
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network security principles
• Experience working in structured project environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish, written and spoken
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
