Svenska kraftnät plays a central role in Sweden's electricity supply, responsible for ensuring that electricity reaches people and businesses across the country. With the green transition and an increased focus on security issues, our mission has become more important than ever. For the operations to function safely and efficiently, well-functioning processes for access to our facilities and environments are required.

We are now looking for two Administrative Specialists for the Physical Security unit – roles where you will become a key part of the work with access management within critical infrastructure.

The role suits you if you are curious about security issues and want to develop within an area that is becoming increasingly important for Sweden and society at large.

About the role

In this role, you will work with qualified administration related to access – a crucial task for a safe and well-functioning societal-critical operation.

The work consists largely of case management, registration, and follow-up, as well as controls and administration related to access and security matters.

We work in self-developed systems and continuously develop our working methods to create more efficient and structured processes.

You will become part of a team that works closely with both internal and external stakeholders. The role involves many contact points and suits you if you enjoy collaboration, clear processes, and structured work where you contribute to things being done right and functioning in practice.

We are recruiting for two roles with similar content but with slightly different focuses:

• A role focused on access systems and permission administration
• A role focused on escorting and coordination regarding access and external visits

What the roles have in common is a clear administrative focus, well-defined processes, and work in an operation where security and precision are central. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop over time and build specialist competence in access management and security administration.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Handling cases related to access and permissions
• Registration, follow-up, and quality assurance
• Ensuring that routines and security requirements are followed
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Documentation of security matters
• Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods

The Physical Security unit is part of the Division Common Functions and is responsible for physical security within the framework of security protection.

Requirements

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys administrative tasks and is motivated by working in a structured, precise, and efficient manner. You easily adapt to routines and processes and work with a focus on getting things right and following established methods.

You are responsible and have a work style characterized by order, quality, and integrity. The role involves many contact points, and we believe you will thrive in collaboration and in building good relationships, both internally and externally.

You enjoy handling several cases in parallel and work structurally even when the pace varies.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

You do not need to know everything from the start. Svenska kraftnät is committed to providing you with a good introduction, support from experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to grow into the role over time.

You also have:

• A high school education
• Experience in administrative work with case management and documentation
• Good computer literacy and ease in working with digital tools and administrative systems
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Merits

• Post-secondary education in security, administration, or public administration (e.g., YH)
• Experience from a government agency or other regulated operations (e.g., infrastructure, energy, defense, airport, or similar)
• Experience working with access, permissions, or security administration in operations with high security requirements
