About the role & our client:

In your role as Customer Service Representative and Sales Agent for Telenor Consumer, you will assist private customers with inquiries regarding telephony, broadband, subscriptions, pay-as-you-go cards, and TV packages. You will work with customer support, savedesk, and incoming sales calls. Your most important task will be to provide top-class service and create a positive customer experience. The role offers significant development opportunities and a salary model where you set your own limits.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have completed upper secondary education.
• Speak fluent Swedish.

Advantageous (but not required):

• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Computer literacy and experience working in various systems.
• Additional language skills.
