Our client is a large and well-established grocery chain with operations throughout Sweden. StudentConsulting is recruiting on behalf of the client for team members to join their store support team. You will be based at their headquarters in Solna, interacting internally with the chain via email and phone.

As a support team member, you will become part of a friendly and positive team with a strong focus on service. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to phone calls and emails from our client's stores regarding pricing, assortment, campaigns, deliveries, and supply. The role also involves registering and following up on store cases, as well as handling complaints between the store and the terminal.

This is a full-time position starting in mid-August, beginning with a 6-month probation period with a high chance of extension. Working hours are standard office hours, 07:30–16:30, Monday–Friday. This is a consultancy role, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting but hired out to our client in Solna.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Completed upper secondary education
• Good computer literacy
• Previous experience in customer service or grocery retail
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
