About the role

As an Accountant at Limbra, you will work broadly within the finance function, focusing on both accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as ongoing bookkeeping. Here you will have many contact points, both internally and externally, and become an important part of a team characterized by collaboration, quality, and efficiency.

You will work in a dynamic environment where the pace is sometimes high, requiring structure, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Booking supplier invoices
• Setup of new suppliers
• Handling of reminders
• Processing payments
• Follow-up and reconciliation
• Ongoing contact with suppliers and the business

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Customer invoicing
• Booking payments that do not match automatically
• Follow-up on unmatched payments

Other tasks:

• Bank reconciliations
• Account reconciliations in connection with the annual accounts
• Follow-up and ongoing quality assurance in accounts receivable and payable
• Contact with the service center and other parts of the business
• May eventually include VAT returns

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have approximately 2–4 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with a focus on accounts receivable/payable. You have a good understanding of accounting principles and feel confident in financial systems. Additionally, you have basic knowledge of Excel and an interest in systems and digital ways of working. Experience from a high-paced environment with many contact points is an advantage.

You also have an interest in systems and how they can contribute to more efficient ways of working. Finally, you are curious, want to develop, and are motivated by gradually taking on new tasks over time.
