What we offer:

We are looking for a merchandiser/confectionery picker for a summer temporary position where you will be responsible for Cloetta's loose and natural candy sections in various stores in Örnsköldsvik and the surrounding area.

The role involves working independently, meaning you will be working on your own in the stores during your shifts. You will follow planned tasks and routines. The work is varied and takes place in different store environments, with daily contact with store staff and customers.

The work is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting of candy boxes. A hand truck is used as an aid when handling and moving pallets and products in the store.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and ensure that the loose and natural candy sections are well-stocked and present a sales-friendly appearance
• Pick products from the store's warehouse
• Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the candy sections
• Place orders for goods according to established routines
• Handle waste such as cardboard and plastic
• Act as Cloetta's representative in the store towards staff and customers

Requirements for the position:

• Category B driver's license (required)
• Access to your own car during all work shifts (required)
• Availability to work weekdays during daytime hours, scheduled between 08:00–17:00
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are carried out as planned
• Good planning skills, orderliness, and efficiency
• Flexibility and ability to handle changes with short notice
• Good physical fitness as the work involves repeated lifting and a lot of movement

Previous experience in grocery retail, picking, or store work is meritorious. Introduction and training are provided before the start of the assignment.

Employment terms:

The position is a summer temporary role of approximately 25 hours per week. Training is conducted during weeks 25-26 or earlier, and the work continues thereafter during weeks 27-30. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, but weekend work may occur.

The employment is covered by the Retail Agreement between Swedish Trade (Svensk Handel) and the Swedish Union for Shop Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).
