Strängnäs Fastighets AB and Strängnäs Bostads AB are wholly owned subsidiaries of Strängnäs Municipality with a total portfolio of approximately 288,000 sqm of offices and housing. Job Description

As the Brand and Security Coordinator, you lead the company's fire, safety, security, and emergency preparedness work. This means you are responsible, among other things, for the company's systematic fire protection work (SBA) and work both operationally and strategically with security, safety, and technical security systems. You coordinate and develop work related to locks, access systems, key management, burglary alarms, and video surveillance.

You also work with security analyses and risk assessments, crisis and continuity planning, and safety-promoting measures in close collaboration with team management and operations, as well as the municipality's security department and external actors. The role also involves driving and coordinating own projects within fire protection, security, and safety.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Lead the company's fire, safety, security, and emergency preparedness work
• Be responsible for and develop the company's systematic fire protection work
• Handle and administer lock and access systems as well as key management
• Be responsible for burglary alarms and video surveillance
• Conduct security and risk analyses
• Incident handling and follow-up
• Establish and update routines, policies, and crisis and continuity plans
• Plan and conduct training in fire protection and security
• Work with safety-promoting measures in our properties
• Collaborate with the municipality, authorities, contractors, and security companies
• Drive and coordinate projects within security, safety, and fire protection
• Overall responsibility for our lock and access systems, video surveillance, and burglary alarms
• Collaborate with other actors in the municipality to strengthen the feeling/experience that Strängnäs is a safe and secure municipality to live and work in
• Responsible for the administration regarding alarm transmission (ADDSECURE and SOS)
• Contract responsible for current security agreements with follow-up on contract compliance regarding delivery, etc.

Qualifications

• Relevant university education in the field, or equivalent education or competence that we assess as equivalent.
• Project management experience/education
• Several years of experience working with security work in property management or projects
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Attributes required for the role are meticulous, analytical, and strategic
• Good understanding of technology and software regarding camera, access, fire, and burglary alarms
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license class B

Monthly salary according to collective agreement.
