About the role

As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work in the daily care work together with the team. This means you are a role model for your employees, and through your strong commitment, you create a good working atmosphere in the group every day. You work during the day, weekends, and evenings.

• Closely linked leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have a fellow group manager, and you collaborate, bounce ideas off each other, and share experiences.

• Involvement: As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

About Villa Havsglimt

Villa Havsglimt in Skummeslövsstrand, Laholm, is a high-standard residence for people with mental and/or physical disabilities who are 30 years or older. We offer both short-term care and longer placements. Here, residents live close to nature and the sea. The facility has a total of 60 apartments with a common party room, a hairdressing salon, and access to a lovely garden and nature park in the immediate vicinity. It is close to public transport and services.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nurse assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elderly care and leadership is meritorious for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
