We are looking for dental hygienists for our Folktandvården clinics in Bua and Åsa.

Job Description

The position includes all duties of a dental hygienist within both pediatric and adult dentistry. The work consists of assisting, examination sessions, prophylaxis, performing delegated tasks, as well as sterilization and reception duties.

About the Workplace

Folktandvården Halland is divided into different operational areas, with the Kungsbacka and Varberg operational area located furthest north. This area includes the clinics Kolla, Fjärås, Åsa, Veddige, and Bua. The Bua and Kolla clinics have three treatment rooms, while the Fjärås, Åsa, and Veddige clinics have five treatment rooms. All clinics collaborate closely regarding both staffing and patients.

As a dental hygienist with us, you will become part of a cheerful team with good cohesion, an open atmosphere, and a sense of mutual security in daily work. We work closely together, and everyone takes great responsibility for ensuring the clinics function as well as possible and develop towards our common goals. As an employee in our operational area, you may be required to work at different clinics as needed, but your primary placement will be at Folktandvården Bua or Åsa.

Qualifications

You who apply for the position must have a completed dental hygienist education. Previous experience in the profession is an advantage, but if you are new to the profession, there are experienced colleagues and supervision available. The position requires good IT skills.

We value qualities such as engagement, initiative, responsibility, good teamwork skills, as well as being solution-oriented and service-focused. You are expected to thrive in a staff group where everyone contributes to the clinic's development work and a good work environment.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the position.
