The beautiful Kattegatt Clinic is located in the very pleasant southern part of Halmstad, a unique environment just a stone's throw from the sea and forest, yet close to the city center.

Information about the workplace

Here we are a cheerful group responsible for approximately 6,500 listed patients within the framework of Vårdval Halland. We believe it is a perfect size for a health center as we can offer all competencies under one roof, while not being too large to be perceived as impersonal. On the contrary, our guiding star is to offer personalized care with the patient at the center.

The clinic was completed in 2016 in an old printing house and retains some old charm, but inside it is like new with excellent functionality.

Job Responsibilities

The duties include standard reception work, possibly Child Health Services (BVC), and home care. We have a digital platform that we find works well. We work in the medical record system Cosmic.

We run weekend clinics ourselves, which we see as a major advantage for both patients and staff.

If you are interested in becoming an operational owner-partner and having the opportunity to lead and develop a business, there may be a chance for that in the future.

Qualifications

A specialist in general medicine is required, and some experience is naturally an advantage, but we also welcome those who are at the end of their specialist training (ST) and are eager for an exciting and developing role.

Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

You are medically competent and self-reliant, but you are also a team player who enjoys working in a team centered around the patient. Enjoying the work group and ensuring everyone contributes to creating a good work environment is important. Therefore, we place great value on your social competence. The position is full-time, but we are open to discussion regarding this.
