We are looking for pharmacists for our talent pool! We are located throughout Sweden, from Ystad to Kiruna, with just over 500 physical pharmacies. We are now looking for you who are trained as a pharmacist or dispensing assistant and want to work as a flexible resource across several of our pharmacies in Halland, Skåne, and Blekinge, where we have a need for your skills. As a flexible resource with us, you are offered several benefits:

• Fixed market-based monthly salary
• Fixed salary supplement for your flexibility
• Continuous scheduling in operations
• Travel allowance
• All travel time exceeding 60 minutes is counted as paid working time

In the role, you are part of our pharmacist pool with a competent and collaborative team, where we share knowledge, challenges, and celebrate successes together. Your most important task is to support our customers in good medication use and better health. The role includes, among other things, the following duties and areas of responsibility:

• Advice and sales of medicines and self-care products.
• Stock management, campaigns, administration, quality work, and development efforts.
• Promote participation and good cooperation within the pharmacies and, together with colleagues, contribute to a positive group dynamic.

For your daily support, you have your nearest manager, the manager of the talent pool, as well as pharmacy managers who have an overview of where your skills are needed most. The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period. A driver's license is a requirement to get to and from the workplace.
