The Social Services Department is responsible for providing support, care, and assistance to people at different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer interventions based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Service for Certain Persons with Functional Impairments (LSS), and the Health and Medical Services Act.

This can involve providing older people with a secure and meaningful daily life, supporting people with disabilities, or being there for children, young people, and adults in vulnerable life situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work in healthcare where your professional judgment truly makes a difference? With us, you meet a daily life filled with variation, personal responsibility, and a meaningful mission where the human being is always at the center. We are now looking for nurses who want to help develop future healthcare in the municipality.

As a nurse, you are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions within the municipality's areas of responsibility. You work with patients in ordinary and special housing, within functional support and social psychiatry, depending on your placement. The person we are looking for is based in the Resource Team and replaces other teams during absence or peak workloads.

The responsibilities include among other things:

• Independently conducting medical assessments and interventions
• Collaborating with teams, relatives, and other actors regarding patient care
• Supervising and delegating tasks to care staff
• Documenting according to current legislation and guidelines
• Actively participating in quality and development work within the operations

The work takes place during the day, evenings, and weekends, depending on the needs of the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply are confident in your professional role, take responsibility for the quality of care, and have a good approach to people. You need to be able to make your own decisions while collaborating with others in the team. You also have the ability to document according to current laws and routines.

We also see that you have:

• Nursing license
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Category B driver's license is required for the position

Experience from municipal health and medical care is meritorious.
